About me

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist offering a confidential, supportive space to explore whatever is troubling you. People come to therapy for many different reasons - anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, addiction, loss, or the lingering effects of past experiences.

My approach is integrative and relational. I work at your pace, focusing on what matters to you, with the aim of helping you find greater clarity, self-understanding, and choice in your life.
